Momentum Strategies was founded by Rebekah Ricks — a mom, legislative advocate, educator, and nonprofit leader with two decades of experience mobilizing communities, building organizations, and advancing legislation. She has personally drafted and passed 40+ bills across multiple states, focusing on parental rights, medical freedom, and child protection.
